Shipping Policies

Mon Mode, LLC ships within the United States and abroad. All international shipping charges and prospective duty apply. For more information, please contact: info@monmodegethooked.com.

  • All orders require a signature upon receipt.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

We offer 2 types of shipping within the United States:

  • Rush Shipping (ships in 1-2 business days)
  • Standard Shipping (ships in 2-5 business days)

Orders placed after 11:30am will be shipped the following business day.

Monogram orders take an additional 5 days to ship.

We do not ship on the following holidays:

  • Thanksgiving - November 25 - November 26
  • Christmas - December 25 to December 27
  • New Years - December 31 to January 3

Return Policy

Mon Mode, LLC does not accept returns of its products, unless the product received was defective.
Please note: Skins may vary from photograph. Tops are handmade.

The determination to accept a return and/or to provide a return authorization number shall be in Mon
Mode, LLC’s sole and absolute discretion.

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number, and any attempted returns without
a return authorization number will be returned to the sender.

No credits or refunds will be given without a return authorization number.

Defective Products

If you have received a defective product, please email info@monmodegethooked.com for a return
authorization number, and for a shipping label, within five (5) days of receipt of your product.
